The location was great, the train stop is within walking distance and is connected well to all the main stations within Tokyo. Room amenities, size, cleanliness, and staff service exceeded expectations given that the price is very reasonable for a budget hotel. Livmax group of hotels surprised me for what was offered. As a solo traveller, the room was good enough for me.

my personal choice and i am a returning client. Loving the area close to the parks and railway connections / as well as the airport connection. Quiet living area with lovely passages and strolling. loving the price-qulaity value. loving the upper floors sunrise and sunset views.

Didn't have breakfast, i met my friend for breakfast in a different place.. Just a place to sleep as we had to leave our other hotel
